As an importer and distributor of electronics components, we are here to help the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the design engineer. They can benefit from knowledge we have gained through more than 30 years experience in international electronics parts procurement.

CUI was formed in April 1989 by James McKenzie and Stack Electronics Co., Ltd. (Japan) to import and distribute electronic components to OEMs. This consisted primarily of test and measurement accessories and transformers. Since then, this line has expanded into three major segments: Test and measurement accessories; Components - transformers, speakers, switches and connectors ; Industrial control and power devices (encoders and industrial power devices).

CUI Stack continues to invest in programs and technologies to benefit its customers and assist engineers. An ever-increasing selection of easily downloadable drawings and specifications is offered on our website, Wiz-net, EEM and the Thomas Register websites. We also offer JIT, value-added, specialized packaging and custom service programs. Our staff offers engineering support, agency compliance and design-in assistance.
